We Calibrate most Analytical Benchtop and Toploader Scales and Balances from Mettler, Sartorius, Ohaus, A&D, etc.
We offer 2 Levels of Calibration services:
Level 1 - Documented Calibration
- The scale is cleaned of rust, dirt and other materials.
- The scale’s system mechanics and electronics are checked to assess if in working order.
- Any problems or discrepancies in the scale’s operation or condition is noted.
- The scale is then calibrated and tested at 100% of its maximum weight with a +/- 1 to 2% range for accuracy and precision.
- A documented hand-written report documenting “As Found” and “As Left” is provided.
- Calibration sticker is affixed to the scale.
Level 2 - Premium Calibration
- The scale is cleaned of rust, dirt and other materials.
- The scale’s system mechanics and electronics are checked to assess if in working order.
- Any problems or discrepancies in the scale’s operation or condition is noted.
- The scale is then calibrated and tested at 10% and 100% of its maximum weight with a +/- 1 to 2% range for accuracy and precision.
- Corner load testing all four corners for a specific weight is assessed.
- A documented PDF report with 4 readings and environmental conditions data is provided.
- Calibration sticker is affixed to the scale.
