We offer 2 Levels of Calibration services:
Level 1 - Documented Calibration
- The Pipette is disassembled and cleaned of rust, dirt and other materials.
- Pipette parts such as Seals, Friction rings, O-rings, Shafts etc. are changed, if necessary (for additional cost).
- Any problems or discrepancies in the pipette’s operation or condition is noted.
- The Pipette is then calibrated at 10%, and 100% of its maximum volume / mass with a +/- 1 to 2% range for accuracy and precision.
- A hand-written report is documented.
- Calibration sticker is affixed to the pipette.
Level 2 - Premium Calibration
- The Pipette is disassembled and cleaned of rust, dirt and other materials.
- Pipette parts such as Seals, Friction rings, O-rings, Shafts etc. are changed, if necessary (for additional cost).
- The Pipette is then calibrated at 10%, 50% and 100% of its maximum volume / mass with a +/- 1 to 2% range for accuracy and precision.
- Any problems or discrepancies in the pipette’s operation or condition is noted.
- A documented PDF report with 3 levels of readings and environmental conditions data is provided.
- Calibration sticker is affixed to the pipette.
