We also offer Off-Site services, where the pipettes can be shipped to our facility - FREE Return Shipping for bulk amount of Pipettes.

PIPETTE AND SCALE CALIBRATION SERVICES:

For both Pipettes and Scales, two levels of service are offered and both include 6 months warranty:

 

Basic Level Service

• The Pipette and/or Scale/ Balance is disassembled and cleaned of rust, dirt and other materials.
• Pipette parts such as seals, friction rings, o-rings, shafts etc. are changed, if necessary.
• Pipette and/or Scale/ Balance is calibrated at 10%, 50% and 100% of its maximum volume / mass with a +/- 1 to 2% range for accuracy and precision.
• Scale/ Balance is tested for its Linearity in Corner Load Test with a weight equal to its maximum mass value.
• Documented calibration report provided.

   

  Premium Level Service

• The Pipette and/or Scale/ Balance is disassembled and cleaned of rust, dirt and other materials.

• Pipette parts such as seals, friction rings, o-rings, shafts etc. changed, if necessary.
• Pipette and/or Scale/ Balance is calibrated at 10%, 50% and 100% of its maximum volume / mass with a +/- 1 to 2% range for accuracy and precision.
• 15 readings recorded, for the above three % levels, on a computerized calibration report and generated as either a paper or electronic copy (PDF). To view sample copy of a pipette calibration report, click here.
• Scale/ Balance is tested for its Linearity in Corner Load Test with a weight equal to its maximum mass value.
• 'As found' readings also recorded, if needed, for extra charge.
